Supreme Court angry on rising illegal construction and encroachment, said- Delhi cannot be made fun

Angered by illegal construction and encroachment in the capital, the Supreme Court on Tuesday said that Delhi cannot be made a joke. People cannot be allowed to do their own mood The top court said that will examine the changes in the master plan.

A bench of Justice Arun Mishra and Justice Deepak Gupta said on Tuesday that we are not alleging any allegation that there is an issue of corruption in the case of sealing. The bench said that it seems that the corporation has corruption. The Supreme Court expressed its displeasure over the massive illegal construction in the capital saying that Delhi cannot be left on this condition. Delhi cannot be made fun Action should be taken against those who have made illegal.

During the hearing, Amike Curie Senior Counsel Ranjit Kumar said that action is necessary for illegal construction and encroachment. Illegal construction is increasing. The law exists but it is not being followed.

During the hearing, the bench also said that it is strange that those who follow the law have more trouble with those who do not abide by the law. The bench said that those who abide by the law have to resort to the Authority but those who do not abide by the law continue to get the concession.

The bench also said why the figures of illegal construction and encroachment in the capital through the use of Google Map are obtained. The bench said that this is not a difficult task.

During the hearing, the lawyers said that people are having difficulty with the sealing action. Action is being taken without notice. On this, Amike Curie said that the court had asked 48 hours notice before taking action of sealing, it is being followed well.
