North Korea tests low-range missiles: South Korea

North Korea has tested low-range missiles with the intention of making pressure on the United States. The South Korean army has confirmed this.

Soul
South Korea's army has said that North Korea has tested low-range missiles. In view of nuclear negotiation deadlock, this test is being seen as an effort to put pressure on America. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and US President Donald Trump had failed in the summit in February since the two leaders have not gone forward.

The agreement between the two parties and the nuclear weapons of Pyongyang could not be reached. South Korea's Joint Chief of Staff said in a statement that North Korea tested a number of short-range missiles from the Hudo Peninsula near the northern coastal city of Wonson.

They said that these missiles went from about 70 to 200 kilometers to the Eastern Sea which is also called Japan Sea. North Korea earlier tested the missile in November 2017.
